Srinivasa Rao for attending this session and giving an expert on Emerging trends in Mobile Communication and other devices related to it. We are also thankful to our all staff members of ECE department, and 2nd Year ECE students who make this session successful by showing their curiosity regarding topic throughout the session.

Emerging trends in Mobile Communication

Mobile communication is an application of technology. It allows you to communicate with other people in different places without using any physical connection like wires or cables. Mobile communication makes our life easier and it saves time and effort. Next-generation wireless e-health technologies are a new and emerging topic in telemedicine and tableware systems. These technologies use mobile telecommunication technologies to eliminate the major disadvantages of wires in existing systems and provide better access to healthcare workers on the go. These technologies are gaining access to medical records and specialist care. This overcomes the limitations that exist these days among various clients using such medical statistics. One of the best blessings for all users is the greener use of assets and greater area freedom. In this paper, we will discuss these emerging areas and the developments of the rule and their synthesis for m-health systems. We can even discuss modern-day and future strategies for imposing this gadget in key fitness care fields.

Wireless communication for mobile communication is an electrical device used for full duplex two-way radio communication in a cellular network of base stations called cell bases. Mobile communication allows the transmission of voice and multimedia data through a workstation or mobile device. Mobile communication is communication without the facility of any physical connection simultaneously benefiting voice and data transfer. Mobile communication is growing day by day. Hence developing useful transmission models for mobile communications to provide design guidelines for mobile systems. Communication technology has its pros and cons. On the positive side, technology creates new living conditions and has invaluable benefits in increasing productivity, efficiency and effectiveness. Research in the technical field of information technology has highlighted positive aspects. Rapidly explored adoption, satisfaction, self-efficacy and other related issues related to ICTs.

Purpose of the Session

Main purpose of this session is to aware students about the recent emerging trends in mobile communication.

Students will get the idea about the recent emerging trends in mobile communication and what network is more preferable and also they come to about the advantage and the disadvantages of this emerging trends.

What did students learn from the Session?

About the recent trends in mobile communication

A technology-based form of communication to allow a mobile device user to communicate with another. Different types of mobile communication systems include a short text message you send or receive using a mobile phone and email from a Wi-Fi-enabled computer, mobile two-way radio, public land radio, mobile phone and amateur radio. Mobile two way radios operate in half-duplex mode with one-to-many communication systems [1]. In recent years, the use of modern cell telecommunications systems associated with wireless telemedicine has increased, especially within the user’s familiar civilian and military use with accelerated equipment costs (such as pc-based satellite TV). Today’s technology of purely structures and cellular telecommunication structures is bandwidth. Fitness in general depends on the categories of protective structures and limits the full range of use of those structures. However, in recent years, purely m-health systems based on 2.5g and 3g with Bluetooth scientific Wi-Fi technology have been cited in the literature [2]. Due to the constructive and destructive interference caused by multipath components in mobile communication systems, the received signal strength varies significantly in space. This phenomenon is known as small scale and faint [3]. With the recent rapid increase in customized wireless mobile demand for communication services, it is important to develop new and efficient systems to cope with high capacity requirements as one of the main objectives of computer development. Maintains spectral efficiency, system efficiency and channel quality. At the same time, it allows many users to live together in a relatively small area [4]. A variety of applications and markets for mobile communication systems are being developed to address this. Cellular wireless telephone, digital, satellite mobile and paging and special (private) mobile include radio systems. To a large extent, many second-generation terminal mobility system specifications (such as digital cellular and wireless telephony) may lead to commercial and non-compliant organizations in specific countries and/or regions meeting regulatory requirements [5]. Every decade there has been an evolution in mobile communication systems. During the nineteen eighties the first technology (1G) and second technology (2G) cell architectures were mainly used to support voice and circuit-switching programs. the 1G system is implemented based on analog technologies. 2G architecture is-95 digital systems for personal digital mobile and communications such as the international system is-54 digital cellular system [6]. Extensive tests have been performed on satellite mobile communication systems including essential channel characteristics of signal attenuation statistics, phase variations, fading rates and Doppler spread [7]. We propose a new service for companies in digital mobile communication. This service consists of two or more allows users to secure a standard electronic convention. Privacy and authentication privacy is when conversations during a conference are undisturbed by the eavesdropper. It is important to ensure that there is no service fraud to avoid utility bills. We have four security dreams for the cell communication system. 1. Privacy of information content during conference. 2. Privacy of information about the locations of comrades during the conference. 3. Prevent fraud by ensuring mobile devices are authentic. 4. Preventing replay attacks an intruding character can recover critical facts by replaying a previously intercepted message [8]. Dimensional configurations the relationships between the dimensions of service quality and higher-order constructs and how customers value it the global mobile communications market continues to evolve. Customer relationship management is a widely implemented strategy to manage and improve the information exchange an organization has with its customers and potential customers.


The technology allows a mobile device user to speak with another communicator. For example, sending a text message from a cell phone to an E-mail from a Wi-Fi-enabled pc device. Cellular communication is a form of communication that enables the use of mobile phones. A cellular telephone is a formal radio. It enables simultaneous sending and receiving. Cellular communication fading occurs when communication between cells based on geographical area has significant differences in signal amplitude and phase received over time or space. The fading frequency can be optional. That is, different frequency components of the transmitted signal may be subject to different degrees of fading. In flat dimming all frequency components are affected almost equally. In conversations that someone took on the phone participants were less satisfied and reported less empathy for the other person. The results held true even after researchers adjusted for participant’s age, gender, race, and mood.


Mr. A. Srinivasa Rao clarified the doubts raised by the students and faculty members at the end of the session. The programme concluded with the vote of thanks by Principal Prof. Dr. CH. Srinivasu, Coordinator Dr.G.V Sridhar and Head of the Department Dr. K. P. Vinay.


IETE AVISKARA-2K23 prelims was held on 1st & 2nd of September 2023, at Raghu Educational Institutions(REC & RIT). Several colleges have been invited by the IETE student branches of both the colleges to present their ideas and projects in all the tracks introduced by prelims. This event marks the culmination of days, weeks, and months of hard work, innovation, commitment and dedication. Aviskara, a technical extravaganza, has been a testament to the incredible talent, creativity, and technical prowess of all the participants.

Aviskara isn’t just an event; it’s a celebration of the future, a convergence of ideas, and a platform where the brightest minds collide to redefine the boundaries of technology. As we stand here amidst the vibrant atmosphere of curiosity and inspiration, we are reminded of the immense potential that lies within each one of us to transform the world through our innovative endeavours. But beyond the competitions and the showcases, Aviskara is about fostering a community of like-minded individuals who share a passion for technology and a vision for a better tomorrow. It’s about collaboration, about learning from one another, and about igniting the sparks of inspiration that will continue to glow long after the event concludes.


IETE AVISKARA-2K23 prelims started with the inauguration held at Raghu Engineering College by Dr.K Chandra Bushanan(Director of Academic and Planning, JNTU-GV Vizianagaram), Prof.P Rajesh Kumar Sir(Head of the Department of ECE, Andhra University College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam),Dr.Ch Srinivasu Sir(Principal of Raghu Engineering College) & Dr.K Phaninder Vinay Sir( Professor & Head of the department of ECE) followed by salutation of ISF Student Co- ordinator, Mr.P Abhishek(Chair, REC).
And the event was hosted by D Harshana.

The IETE AVISKARA-2K23 technical event, hosted at Raghu Educational Institutions, encompasses five distinct tracks, namely:

      Poster Presentation
      Launch Catalyst
      Robo Rumble
      Design Nexus

    We have scheduled the Tech Showcase and Poster Presentation for September 1st, while the remaining events are scheduled for September 2nd.

    Tech Showcase

    The Tech Showcase is a competition where participants from various colleges, as well as students of Raghu Educational Institutions, presented their innovative ideas through prototypes, effectively demonstrating the functionality of their projects. Experienced the magnificence of technology for the Tech Show at EDC & PDC Lab,” where the wonders of engineering was on full display.

    Poster Presentation:

    Participants in this category articulated their distinctive concepts and ideas by skilfully crafting technical posters that effectively convey their creativity and vision the creative brilliance showcased in the “Poster Presentation” was located at the ECE block corridor

    Launch Catalyst

    Participants in this category presented their innovative startup concepts through a professionally made PowerPoint presentation. This event is conducted at Electro Lounge where electrifying startup ideas was sparked into life.

    Robo Rumble

    This the event where many of them felt so excited. Participants had perfectly made their robots to work according to the task given on-site. For those who loved a mechanical challenge, braced themselves for the “Robo Rumble,” which took placed in the open space near the temple

    Design Nexus

    Participants involved their creation of posters or webpages with the themes provided by our Team Leads on-site by using their desired software tools of their comfort to make the poster look professional and attractive. Immersed themself in the future for the Design Nexus at Simulation Lab


    IETE AVISKARA-2K23 prelims ended with the valediction held at Raghu Institute Of Technology by Shri .Raghu Kalidindi Sir (Chairman Of Raghu Educational Institutions), Dr.S M K Chaitanya (Treasurer of IETE Visakhapatnam), Dr.Ch Srinivasu(Principal of Raghu Engineering College), Dr.K Phaninder Vinay(Professor & Head of the department of ECE) , Dr.G V Sridhar(Co-Convener of AVISKARA-2K23) & Dr.A Vamsidhar (Co-Convener of AVISKARA-2K23).All the winners were then Presented with the Momentous, Cash Prize and Certificate Of Appreciation By the Dignitaries for the five events followed by Vote of Thanks by Ms. S Jahnavi.


    IETE Foundation Day -2023 celebration.

    Webinar on “Emerging Technologies & Career Opportunities” was organized in association with IETE, Visakhapatnam.

    The webinar was started at 11am. Dr.G.V.Sridhar, Professor &Counselor ISF did welcome resource person Mr. Kuna VSR Kishore, Staff Engineer, Honeywell, Bangalore, Dr.P.Rajesh Kumar, Chairperson, IETE Center, Visakhapatnam, Principal Dr.Ch.Srinivasu, HOD, ECE, Dr.K.P.Vinay, ISF Student Chair, Mr. UVS.Nithin, Secretory Ms.K.Niharika & students to Webinar on “Emerging Technologies & Career Opportunities”. Chairperson, IETE Center, Visakhapatnam spoken about IETE Center, Visakhapatnam activities.Mr. UVS.Nithin, Chair, ISF did introduce resource person to delegates by reading his brief biodata. Session handed over to Resource person at 11.10AM.

    Session started at 11.10AM by Mr.Kuna VSR Kishore. He  explained Career Opportunities in Emerging Technologies. The webinar was mainly focused on industry Requirement.

    Students are able to understand Career Opportunities in Industries. The webinar ends by vote of thanks proposed by Ms.K.Niharika, Secretory, ISF.

    On account of World Telecommunication Day, Raghu Engineering College has conducted a webinar on “Emerging Technologies in the Telecom Sector.” Eminent personalities like Shri P Paul Williams (Principal General Manager, BSNL, Visakhapatnam) as Chief Guest and Keynote Speaker, Prof. P. Rajesh Kumar (Hon’ble Secretary, IEEE Visakhapatnam, HoD,  ECE, Andhra University) are invited, and M Satya Prasad,  AGM, is invited as a special guest. The session was hosted by U. V. S. Nithin, Chairperson, ISF, and all the dignitaries were called to the stage, along with Dr. CH. Srinivasu (Principal), Dr. K. Phaninder Vinay (HOD, Dept. of ECE), and Dr. G. V. Sridhar (Counselor, ISF). followed by Sravanthi, and the group sang the prayer song.

    The session started with dignitaries addressing the audience with valuable and inspiring words. A brief introduction was given by K. Niharika, Secretary,  ISF, for the Chief Guest, Shri P. Paul Williams, followed by his speech. Dr. K.Phaninder Vinay (HOD, Department of ECE) presented a memento to M. Satya Prasad, AGM, and Dr. CH. Srinivasu (Principal) presented a momento to Prof. P. Rajesh Kumar (HON’BLE secretary, IETE Visakhapatnam, HOD, ECE, Andhra University). The chief guest, Shri P. Paul Williams (Principal General Manager, BSNL, Visakhapatnam), was felicitated by all the dignitaries. V.V.S. Pranay, Treasurer, ISF, was called upon to propose the Vote of Thanks, and the session was handed over to the Chief Guest, Shri P. Paul Williams (Principal General Manager, BSNL, Visakhapatnam), to start the technical talk for the students on emerging technologies in the telecom sector, their ranges and limitations, and solutions to overcome them. Following the technical presentation, Mr. N. Krishna Kumar (SDE – Sub Divisional Engineer) addressed the students and explained that industrial internship opportunities would be made available to them, and the session was concluded with the National Anthem.

    The Guest Lecture was started at 2.00 p.m. Dr.Gupteswar Sahu, Assoc Professor &Dean R&D did welcome resource person Mr.P.Kartik, Senior Architect, NVIDIA, Dr.K.P.Vinay, HOD, ECE, Mr.Srinadh Raju, HOD, CSE, Dr.Ch.Srinivasu, Principal, Raghu Engineering College, Faculty members & students to Guest Lecture on “Skills and Challenges for future Engineers”. Mr. V. Saipranay, Secretory, IEEE SB did introduced resource person to delegates by reading his brief biodata. Session handed over to Resource person at 2.05 PM.

    Session started at 2.05 PM by Mr.P.Kartik. He briefly explained about Skills and Challenges for future Engineers. The webinar was mainly focused on required skills for future engineers and challenges in present IT field.

    Students are able to understand about required skill set and challenges. The webinar an end by vote of thanks proposed by Dr.Gupteswar Sahu, Assoc Professor &Dean R&D.
